Fees and General Information
Subject to availability children can attend any combination* of morning and afternoon sessions. Contact the Business Manager on 01604 832347 (term time only) or bugbrookepreschool@yahoo.co.uk (all year round) to check session availability and to arrange a visit should you wish see the setting and meet the staff.
Please note that there may be a small delay in responding to you if you email during the pre-school holidays.
Early Years Funding
Three and four-year-olds can claim their Government funded 30 hours at Bugbrooke Pre-school from the term after their third birthday.
Fees 2025/26
Fees will vary depending on whether your child is eligible for the Government funding and, if so, on the number of weeks in a term. Please see below the termly fees for 2025/26 before any applicable funding is applied.
Please note that lunch club is only covered by funding if you have sufficient hours remaining.
Invoices are sent monthly in advance and we ask that payment is prompt to avoid any late payment charges. Fees can be paid by electronic bank transfer. Details are on your invoice.
If you are having difficulty making payments for any reason, please contact the pre-school immediately so we can help decide the best way forward and you can avoid late payment charges. Please see our payment policy on the policies page for further information.

Monday to Friday
Breakfast Club – 8am-9am
Morning – 9am-12pm
Lunchtime – 12pm – 1pm
Afternoon sessions – 1pm – 4pm
Tea time Club – 4pm-6pm
Prices
Our prices as of 1st September 2025/26are:

£19.50 per session for 3 and 4-year-old children
£22.50 per session for 2-year-old children

£6.50 for 3 and 4 year old children

£6.50 for 3 and 4 year old children

£1.25 Meal charge
A registration fee of £35 is charged for each new starter that is not government funded.
The government currently provides 30 hours of funding for working parents of children from 9 months of age. We accept children from the age of 2 years and accept all types of funding from this age. All children are eligible for 15 hours of Universal funding from the term after the child turns 3 years
